From guiding operations to mentoring teams, Matt thrives on making smart decisions that keep the mine running safely and efficiently. But his role isn’t just about production - it’s about people. New Acland Coal backs local schools, men’s sheds, and sporting clubs, and Matt loves seeing that support make a real difference.
